Laboratory Sign-up Information

The FACTS Program will be expanding coverage of laboratories across Pennsylvania very soon. Chemical analysis laboratories are welcome to express interest in participating in this program via the form below.

However, the program is prioritizing new lab contracts according to the areas where interest from eligible watershed organizations are greatest. Consequently, if your lab serves a lower-priority area, we may not contact you immediately, but will keep your request on file for later consideration.

Laboratories must be approved by the Pa. Dept. of Environmental Protection for mine drainage analysis.
